Paul Hardiman is son of Veronica and Finis Hardiman, and young little brother of Kevin and Michael Hardiman. An Arizona native, he spent his first couple of years raised in Superior Arizona. In 1992 his family moved to Ahwatukee where he attended  Kyrene De La Espranza Elementary School, then went on to Akimal  Middle School.

Coach Hardiman went to high school at Valley Christian High School, in Chandler Arizona, where he had a very successful athletic career. He was a two sport athlete playing football and basketball. Highlights of his high school athletic career were, breaking the state record for most receptions caught in one game (21), 2003 be voted 1a thru 5a first team all state wide receiver, and winning back to back 2a basketball state championships. Also he was leader in Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).

After high school he accepted a full ride athletic scholarship to Grambling State University, in Louisiana. He spent two seasons at GSU, coached by legendary Super Bowl MVP quarterback Doug Williams. Due to the head coach Doug Williams departure to go coach in the NFL, Paul Hardiman decided to transfer and finish his playing career at Azusa Pacific University in Southern California.  Through college he mentored youth in athletic sports camps and coached club basketball. Currently he is still in pursuit of his Bachlors degree at Arizona State University  with a major in History and a minor in Communication. He works as a personal trainer and health consultant at OneBode Whole Food Nutrition.

“I approach life in a similar vein that resembles my style of playing as an athlete with passion, competitiveness, and love. I accept life's challenges as expected obstacles either to be knocked down or shed in order to accomplish the task at hand. I am passionate in mentoring youth and creating young men for the future, very strong in my Christian faith and give all the thanks and glory to God. I thank my mom and dad for making me the young man I am today. I have been blessed to have great mentors along the way to guid me threw the road of life, Sean Loomer  Head High School football coach, Doug Williams head football coach at GSU,  Victor Santa Cruz head coach at APU, and my older brother Michael Hardiman. I take each day one step at a time and always give thanks for the blessings I have.”
